Delivery time changes according to your location
Our return policy is within 7 days of receiving the product. After opening the package and checking the contents, you are kindly requested to send back the product you want to return unused. All products must be returned with their original packaging and tags.
There are no refunds or exchanges on lingerie products.
For returned products, the shipping fee is borne by the customer. Shipping fee is not refundable.
When the change is made, it is our responsibility to send the new product.
